You might have previous sales experience generating revenue and achieving goals but this is not required. If you have drive and determination, we will teach you what you need to know. You are a self-starter with a strong work ethic, a natural relationship builder who is comfortable interacting in person, on the phone, and outreach to the community. A foundation in social media to be able to generate new business. You have excellent communication skills and are computer-savvy with proficiency in using various software systems including Word and Excel. Your main responsibility will be growing the membership base and supporting monthly revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: · Achieves or exceeds individual sales goals by generating referrals, converting inquiries (phone/web) into appointments, follow up with leads.· Provide value-based presentation of Praxis programs and services, leading informative tours, presenting membership options/services, and closing sales.· Generate new leads through a variety of activities telephone, internet, community outreach, and developing corporate partnerships.· Postings on Social Media platforms like Facebook and Instagram to generate new prospects Job Type & Schedule Full-time: 8-hour shift, Tuesday through Saturday. Based on the needs of the business your hours may vary for special events.
