Description
TRUMBULL, CT — The Trumbull Planning and Zoning Commission is voicing concerns about traffic backed up on White Plains Road from the Starbucks drive-thru in the Trumbull Center shopping complex, reported The Trumbull Times.
The drive-thru can accommodate just over a dozen vehicles, but the popular coffee shop often attracts more vehicles, which pushes them out onto White Plains Road.
Forcing the shopping center or the Starbucks to make changes would be difficult, because they have already received approvals for the location.
But the commission was considering drafting a letter urging the business to develop ways to take and deliver orders faster while the customers wait in line.
