ANDOVER, MA — Door-to-door solicitation will resume immediately in Andover, the police department said Wednesday. The health department is lifting a coronavirus restriction on door-to-door sales. Salespeople must apply for and carry a town-issued solicitor permit. Solicitation is only allowed between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Solicitation is barred at any home "which has conspicuously posted a "No Solicitors" sign."
