I am looking for a handyman to fix up my property for sale. Please let me know your hourly rate and when you could start on the project and as well what tools you have to complete the job. Here is the scope of work I am looking to tackle: Patch wood facia in front and porch posts Patch masonry cracks at several points (masonry caulk, not regular caulk) Replace rotted window frames Repaint walls as needed with a paint match Paint under side of back porch (currently raw plywood) Replace front door Replace decking at front porch ceiling Install dishwasher to the right of the kitchen sink patch water damaged ceiling and repaint in north west bedroom addition Remove northwest bedroom shelving Replace northwest bathroom toilet lid - broken Remove dangling lightbulb in northwest bathroom and install a light fixture Replace broken light fixture in south middle bedroom Repair or replace broken window in northwest bedroom Patch water damaged wall in back family room Adjust hall closet door so that it closes and latches Replace broken outlet cover plates Clear sliding glass door tracks and make sure opening and closing smoothly
