Sixty minute Vinyasa Yoga Flow class incorporate elements of movement and mindful stillness to create a sense of restored balance. Vinyasa Yoga Flow class will be lead by Melissa Klimo-Major, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP, Yoga Medicine, Registered Therapeutic Specialist and Founder of Society Verde. Melissa is an experienced, registered yoga teacher offering nurturing and energetically balancing practices to tune into your center. The practice will incorporate elements of movement and mindful stillness to create a sense of restored balance.
