Together we will meet at the beach entrance of Marjory Stoneman Douglas Ocean Beach Park for an morning/ evening of mindful living through guided meditation practice. **Please Note* There 2 events: First: One in the Morning Meditation at 8:30am, and one evening Sunset Meditation at 7:00pm. We encourage you RSVP and attend both events for a super charged Mindful Monday! We will also have a Morning Soul Session on Sunday. *** Please RSVP for each event you plan to attend! Together we will: 1. Have a brief introduction to meditation for beginners and experts and learn to channel our breathes. 2. We will do a mild yogic sequence designed to prepare the body for meditation and channel our intentions. 3. We will partake in a mindful group meditation activity and quick herb smudging session. 4. We will engage in a guided group meditation and present-moment meditation. ****We will have herbs for smudging.***** You may bring your own or purchase a smudge stick there upon the arrival. This is a completely FREE event but donations are welcomed and kindly accepted. * Donations of $25 or more will receive a complimentary meditation gift to utilize at home or during the meditation.
