HAMDEN, CT — The Hamden Animal Control is asking for help with finding the owner of a cat that was found wandering around an apartment complex. "Does anyone recognize this sweet kitty?" the animal control wrote in a post on Facebook. "Found wandering around the Dogwood Apartment complex at 200 Evergreen Ave. Very friendly, no microchip, and wearing a teal collar with a bell.
