7th Annual Women's Leadership Conference Comes To Howard County

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — This summer, the Howard County Chamber will celebrate and embrace the contributions of women during its 7th annual Women's Leadership Conference planned for July 13. The one-day event began in 2015 and offers professional development for women at all stages of their careers. With a theme of Her Story: Leading to New Heights; S.O.A.R. Together, the conference will feature Morgan Stanley's Mid-Atlantic region president Lisa Cregan and vice chairman of wealth management and senior client advisor Carla Harris as morning and afternoon keynote speakers. The event will include other speakers who will help the attendees S.O.A.R. by "sparking" their leadership flame, capture "opportunities, "accelerate" leadership potential and "rejoice" in their successes. In addition to hearing from local and regionally renowned speakers, conference registrants will be able to obtain continued education units through their respective professional certification boards via a self-certification process. "The Women's Leadership Conference has become one of the flagship programs of the Chamber. It continues to grow both in size and impact as attendees are inspired, celebrated and reinvigorated," Chamber President Leonardo McClarty said.
