Are you handy, motivated, and eager to get to work? We are seeking new members for our construction team in Oakland! The projects vary widely, so previous experience is valued but not necessary. Moderate or advanced skills in plumbing, electric, carpentry, and painting will be given special consideration. Pay raises available, and depend on skill, attitude, and hard work. An ideal candidate will have a commitment to: —Teamwork: positive attitude, high work rate, ability to follow instructions carefully, willingness to study and build skills on the job —Availability: 4-5 days/week, 8 hours/day, reliable, punctual —Excellence: detail-oriented, safe and clean/orderly, high professional standards, polite to clients Personal tools and car are not required but are a plus.
