The West District (Marin & Contra Costa) is looking for a Fleet Mechanic - Heavy Equipment. This position is critical to our success as you will use your advanced mechanical skills and knowledge to repair and service our construction & landscaping equipment. This is a Full-time hourly position Monday-Friday. Requirements • 18 years or older • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record- commercial driver’s license a plus! • Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience required- servicing equipment or vehicles and completing inspection and repairs. • Advance Tool Set- necessary to complete repairs. • A serious attitude towards safety in the workplace. • Be a team player with a positive attitude and a dedication to working safely. • Choose a drug free lifestyle. • Compliance with covid-19 mandates and laws.
