Concord Based Construction Company Experience Preferred Experience working with Warehousing and Inventory. Can lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and are comfortable working around the Warehouse environment. Detail-oriented, quick learner, dedicated, and punctual. The ability to work as a team as well as an individual. Able to load and unload trucks, move material within the warehouse, operating hand trucks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment. Maintain Inventory records. Maintain Safety working environment all the time. Responsible for keeping the area clean and organized daily. Duties and Responsibilities: ● Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and procedures. ● Oversee receiving, warehousing, and inventory. Maintain safety and security. ● Ensure efficient space utilization, maintain and improve warehouse and yard space in a clean and organized fashion. ● Able to load and unload trucks, move material within the warehouse, operating hand trucks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment. ● Good Communication skills with management and field employees.
