Artificial grass company looking to hire an all around helper.

This job is multifaceted and the successful candidate will have to be comfortable doing different tasks often. Some days will be doing physical labor such as digging, taking wheel barrels of dirt and dumping them into trucks and trailers, moving heavy rolls of artificial grass on furniture dollies and even installing the turf. We are not a greedy company and if the candidate shows skills and more importantly shows up we will split the labor jobs 50/50 minus the materials. That can look like $250 per one shift or it can look like $1,700 in just 3 days time. It all depends on the job. Some days include going to customers houses and quoting the install costs. Don't worry about having the knowledge on these things or experience doing it we will teach you how. We will not only teach you but we will physically do it with you. There are no bosses here just hard working people and we expect the same. Each job pays differently but mostly you can expect to make around $20 when on the clock. We will be setting up a new store in Castro Valley soon and if you like on particular days you can work there and we can direct customers to you. If you want cash we are not apposed to that either. A vehicle, a cell phone and open availability are the requirements in this role. We do not care a bit about the experience on your resume but more about your motivations to grow a company and to make a great impression on all the customers we meet. That helps us better than any previous duties you may have performed in previous roles. We hire people with drive and integrity.
