Philippien president is ordering the aresst of those not wearing a mask or wearing one improperly. I agree with him only because this is truly a life and death situation, bringing death, illness to both people and the economy. we don't allow people to just walk around and shoot people with guns, and we shouldn't just let people walk around with a deadly virus killing others either
