Island Reggae Music

I'm an experienced musician looking for people to start an island reggae band/ jam group. Looking to do covers mainly and possibly original music. I have prior experience with 3 bands in the punk/rock scene, mainly as a drummer. Performed for large audiences, etc. Looking to get back into music since it has been quite sometime. My goal is to not actually play the drums but to be the singer (no formal training, but something i want to try out). Island reggae influences are pretty standard- anything on Spotify if you listen to groups like The Green, Common Kings, Kolohe Kai, Rebel Souljaz, etc. I'm really looking to try something new and get back into doing something music related. So if you're a drummer, guitarist, uke player, bassist, or whatever and want to try this out... let's connect. I currently do not have a place to even hold a jam session so the logistics would need to be worked out eventually. I'm in my mid 30's so I'm not looking to rage or go on tour or anything like that. But if a decent band is formed, i wouldn't be opposed to playing local shows, open mics, etc. I got a family, full -time job, and I do not partake in any extracurricular- even the legal ones.
