2007 Ford e350 ignition fix????

Somebody replaced the ignition with a brand new one and it doesn't slide all the way in like it should there's something in the mechanism on the inside that's keeping it from sliding all the way in I know there's somebody out there that can fix this and knows exactly what's going on please send me a brief note of your experience skills and how much dollars it will take to fix this and your phone number.
