SANTA MONICA, CA — A woman who was struck and killed by a vehicle while walking on a Santa Monica (10) Freeway onramp this weekend was identified. Jozelle Hall, 50, died at 10:35 p.m. Sunday at the Cloverfield Boulevard onramp to the eastbound 10 Freeway, the Los Angeles County coroner's office and the California Highway Patrol report.
