Craft Elixirs, a growing gluten-free and vegan artisan cannabis company in Seattle, is searching for a Kitchen Production Assistant to work with our Kitchen Production team. The ideal candidate is a team player and ready to work hard to meet deadlines and produce results. We are open 7-days a week and have a talented crew that is looking for a new member to grow with us! 4 days/10-hour shifts (the 4 days may not be consecutive) with a flexible start time (could start anywhere between 6 AM to 10 AM). Key Responsibilities of the Kitchen Production Assistant: • Food prep and general kitchen activity. • Follow internal kitchen procedures, processes and policies. • Proactive in maintaining a clean and well-run kitchen. • Cleaning kitchen utensils and equipment to comply with sanitation standards. • Maintain safety and sanitation standards. • Work with food in accordance with Washington State health code regulations. • Willing to assume additional responsibility. • Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, meet deadlines and produce results. • Flexible and willing to adjust job tasks during high volume times. • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor. What the Successful Candidates Will Have: • Experience in the food service industry (restaurant/bakery) desired. • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. • Enjoys repetitive tasks. • Professional and clean appearance. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the desire to build and sustain a long-term team. • Positive demeanor, outgoing personality, and the ability to promote teamwork. • Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, meet deadlines and produce results. • WA Food Worker Card and State ID or DL. • Able to successfully pass a background check.
