Handyman Needed Work fluctuates by week and by project. Task Painting (outdoor and indoor) Wood replacement (you will have to trim it to fit) Light electrical (hanging security cameras, adding outdoor lighting, etc.) Light plumbing repair Simple task: lighting pilot lights for tenants, checking issues they have Some yard work Wood fence installation Hang things Take After hours and weekend calls from tenants You need to be detailed and do quality work. Drywall repair Power washing Furniture Assembly Misc type stuff $15 per hour during the day and if you work into the night on regular projects / $18 nights time emergency calls M – F / $20 an hour weekend emergency call. Regular weekend daily work is $15 an hour. Paid via cash or check / You are independent, not an employee - you must track your hours - you must track what you do during those hours - You must show up as agreed - You must complete project at agreed upon time - You must have tools - You must have transportation - You will be paid in cash every Thursday afternoon Email your availability and experience.
