One room needs linoleum - must install 5/6 or 5/7

Do you have a decent looking piece of linoleum left over from some job or can quickly purchase something? Room size is 12'2" x 14'9". Requires removing the carpet, prepping the floor and installing. No need to remove or add quarter-round. (Carpet and left-overs must be hauled off.) I need this done before Saturday as home depot is delivering a large appliance for this room. Payment by company check or I will pay in cash if you endorse your check back to me.
