Press release from the Clackamas County Government: 5/4/2021 In accordance with state law, Clackamas County Commissioners recently appointed Bill Kennemer and Kayse Jama to fill vacant Oregon Senate seats. Kennemer fills the District 20 seat following Alan Olsen's resignation. Jama assumes the District 24 seat vacated by Shemia Fagan after she was elected Oregon Secretary of State. Sen.
