CHICAGO (CBS) — The crane was hoisting a section of metal stairs when it collapsed at the Salesforce Tower project at 333 W. Wolf Point Plaza, according to the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150. The Chicago Department of Buildings came to the scene right away, the union said.
