Seeking handymen/contractors to perform work on pre-foreclosure and REO properties.
Looking for coverage in Shasta County - current property located in Anderson.
Work includes securing, trash removal, bi-weekly grass recuts, misc landscaping, janitorial, repairs, fencing, etc.
Ability to take, compress, and submit large batches of photos through zip files or online mediums ie Dropbox is mandatory.
Applicants with existing Aspen Grove background check ABC#s will be given special consideration.
Must possess device capable of taking date/time stamped photos.
