Something like what they do on Venice Beach, at times. People can use any kind of percussion piece, and it can take place anywhere in the Vegas metropolitan area...most likely at a park. No kind of experience is needed. And I was thinking it can take place during a weekend holiday, like memorial day weekend or the 4th of July, etc. You can send your name and number (or contact me through Facebook) to keep up with this.
