PHOENIX, AZ — A man died from injuries suffered in a Tuesday night shooting at a midtown Phoenix apartment complex, Phoenix police said. Devon C. Bishop, 20, died Wednesday after being transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition, according to police. No arrests have been made in connection with Bishop's death, which occurred at an apartment complex near North 17th and Missouri avenues about 7 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
