Northern Greens offers professional services in summertime grounds maintenance and wintertime snow removal within the Anchorage bowl. Our focus is on service, quality, and satisfaction within a very competitive Anchorage market we intend to go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of our clients JOB Pest control technician: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Apply pesticides to control lawn and turf weeds, • which includes applying spraying techniques for dandelion control • fertilizing • bed and crack weed control • Be customer service oriented at all times • Apply pesticides in safely and effectively in accordance with the label and State regulations • Willingness to attend and complete all scheduled training and to become a registered technician or certified and/or licensed applicator. • Willingness to adjust standard work schedule to meet the needs of weather, and our customers. Qualifications for this position include: • Current DEC, category 4 turf and ornamental pest license • Acceptable driving record and background check • Ability to work effectively with limited supervision • Strong customer service skills • This is a fulltime – seasonal position • Salary DOE -good hourly wage to qualified individual Northern Greens is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type: Seasonal-fulltime
