Landlord gave notice to quit with "no reason"

I live in a nice area for past two years (where I can walk to grocery) with a companion cat; I claim Disability income - and I have struggled since the pandemic. My lease renewed after the property sold to new management, who then decided to get rid of 8 families. We got hit with a notice to quit, earlier April (ten days after protection expiration). I have lived here for a long time; I have had a daughter, here. I know people like me face this situation all the time. If you have advice, I will make time to appreciate it.
