One of my pet rats had an accidental litter of 11 babies last night. I am looking for responsible homes for these babies to take them in starting June 8th. They will be adopted out in same-sex pairs or triplets only; if you have a single or couple of rats and would like to adopt only one of these babies, please let me know and we can discuss it :-) These are NOT FEEDERS. These are pets. To ensure they are going to a safe environment and a loving home, please tell me a little bit about what you know about caring for rats (first time rat parents will be welcome), previous experience if any, and any photos you can provide of the cage you have or will purchase by the time you take them home. I am also asking for a $15 each fee to ensure they're safe, but will happy waive the fee if you can show you're going to give them a really good home. Finally, if you find your life situation has changed and you need to rehome them, you are welcome to rehome them to me if you can't find another home; their safety comes first. Please feel free to pass along any questions you may have. I have 5+ years of experience caring for 20+ rats during that time and am happy to assist in any way I can. Many thanks!
