Carpenter needed for exterior painting prep

We are looking for a carpentry sub contractor to partner with our innovative and fast paced team. We have full time work available from now through the end of the fall at $30-$40/hour. Ideally you are capable of the following tasks - Accurately locate rotted wood - Accurately estimate time and material costs - Provide excellent customer service and communication - Replace siding, cedar shakes, exterior trim, window sills, deck boards (floor, railing, stairs) We believe in doing the right thing like increasing your pay if the scope of work changes. If we promise to keep you busy, then believe it. We have unlimited work spring, summer and fall.
