I am a property Manager looking to find a reliable general contractor. We have a house we are trying to make ready to rent and a couple of repairs on other properties that need to done. Looking for someone reliable and trustworthy so we can build a long-term working relationship with.
We also require at least 2 work references and pictures of jobs you have done in the past.
