Looking for lead guitar, bass, drums, possibly violin/cello or keys to join singer-songwriter-multi-instrumentalist. Contemporary Americana and retro R&B/blues influences include Nathaniel Rateliff, The Lumineers, Langhorne Slim, The Black Keys, Otis Redding, Bill Withers, The Band. Lead guitarist should also be capable of solid rhythm in styles from acoustic folk to electric blues, soul, and funk. Vocals (especially tenor or female harmony), and ability to play multiple instruments a plus. You don’t need to be a virtuoso, but must be comfortable both improvising and memorizing parts, play tightly to serve the song, commit to weekly practices, and be a dependable team player.
