We self-perform the majority of our projects and are looking for someone who can grow within the company. TRAINING OPTIONS along with the opportunity to work on prevailing wage jobs available!! We are looking for an honest, hardworking individual who is interested in LONG TERM employment with the company. We perform most of our work in north county. Experience: We would prefer that you have some form of experience in all or most of the items listed below. (Maintenance experience DOES NOT qualify as irrigation installation or repair experience). Must have a VALID driver's license and be able to direct report to a project every morning. -Basic knowledge of all aspects of landscaping -Installation of Valves, irrigation timers, drip systems, and sprinklers systems -Plant installation -Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours a week - MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE HEAVY LIFTING AND LABOR INTENSIVE WORK Benefits: -Competitive wages (Starting at $17-$25 per hour) -Company clothing & gear -Paid time off eligible after 6 months -Paid sick days -Great company 401K after one year of employment -Potential for Prevailing Wage Projects Website: Nativelandscapesinc.com
