female doberman puppy

I have a female black and tan doberman puppy that has her tail docked. She was born on 2/28/21. She was given her first set of shots from the people I bought her from and has been dewormed. She is very friendly with cats/other dogs/very young children. She is also crate trained. She stays inside at night and uses pee pads. During the day she runs around (inside) and waits by the door when she has to go to the bathroom. She knows the command, "sit" about 90% of the time. She's very smart and I'm surprised how quickly she was house trained. But most importantly she is a cuddle bug. We paid $800 for her and I'm asking for $600. Although if it's a fair offer and you seem like you can give her a good home I won't turn it down. We had some unforseen events and are not able to keep her as much as it breaks my heart.
