Touchmark is currently seeking the right person to join our Building Services team as a Building Services Construction Helper. This is a summer, full-time 30-40 hour per week position. Successful candidates will accept training for specific procedures to assist with general construction and maintenance. The ideal candidate will: * Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent * Have a willingness to support construction and maintenance workers by moving furniture, prepping the area, cleaning the site, and further helping workers/residents as needed. * Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors * Have a Valid Driver License * Physically capable of turning, stooping, bending, stretching, pushing/pulling, moving equipment and furniture, and lifting to 75 pounds.
