This is a duplex upstair unit about 750 square feet two bedrooms.
Looking for a labor only quote on the following. Feel free to only quote some of these and not the others. Don't bother quoting if you aren't good.
1) Needs some drywall repair.
2) Needs painted flat gray on the walls with two walls at a slightly darker gray accent. Currently there are no weird colors or wall paper or anything.
3) Trim bright white semigloss.
4) Ceiling flat white ceiling paint.
5) All electrical outlets changed out with new white covers.
6) Need new upgraded small bathroom sink.
7) Want to spray paint stove and refrigerator with appliance paint gray.
8) Cabinets to be painted lowers dark gray gloss and uppers white. Only 6 feet of each.
9) Cabinets new brushed nickel hardware installed.
10) Doors all brushed nickel knobs but hinges would be painted.
11) Replace and or repair an inner entrance door.
12) Complete floor and and stair treads up to unit would be done in vinyl plank
