Looking for experienced crews with LIABILITY INSURANCE or a painter or two to subcontract work in the Louisville area. Must have your own tools and able to complete a job neatly and in a timely manner. We will run a background check. Drug issues do not waste your time, we can spot the signs a mile away. Our crews we have right now are awesome people and we’d like to keep it that way. BS won’t be tolerated. We do pay right away or next day after the job is complete and signed off by the customer and take care of the people that work for us. The $20/$25 hr is just a starting point. I paid one of my guys yesterday $800 for a job that took him 2 1/2 days by himself so the $ varies from job to job. This is a subcontracted 1099'd opportunity........ not hourly, not an employee. Self employed people will understand that. Again, if you do not have your own liability insurance don’t bother. If interested, email me your info and I will get back to you asap, thx. And, AGAIN, you will need liability insurance. If you do not have it, do not bother. Too much can go wrong painting a house to not have it. This is a huge opportunity for lots of steady work if you can manage to be professional and have great customer service with our homeowners while you are on the job.
