PROPERTY INSPECTOR - PART TIME

EPPCO is seeking a PT PROPERTY INSPECTOR - Residential. In this role, you will use your personal vehicle to drive to designated properties and take a minimum of 5 photos of the house (left side/right side/front side), the street sign, and address (GPS screenshot is acceptable when house address is missing). Most times, you will not need to get out of your vehicle, however, there are some instances (such as busy roads with no stopping, slowing down or parking) where you will have to for safety purposes. * No experience necessary * * Must have cell phone with camera. * Must have a vehicle that is good on gas. * Must have vehicle insurance on the car used to inspect. * We do not pay mileage or reimburse gas. * $10 per APPROVED inspection (Independent Contractor). * Paid twice per month, typically 1st / 15th.
