Our Service Technician will be responsible to timely and professionally complete all covered customer work order requests. This is a full time position and excellent work will be rewarded with advances in pay and position. Correctly and legibly fill out work requests, orders, and sign offs. Communicate if a service is greater than your capabilities and needs to be addressed by a crew. Communicate promptly with customers. Make certain to hold appointments. Update Production Manager and job tracker daily. Measure and order all service materials. Organize and clean the shop daily. Requirements; Excellent Customer Service and excellent attendance. Valid Drivers License and insurance with a clean driving record. 1+ Year in construction and 1+ yeah customer service. Must understand and work well with #'s Must be organized with paperwork and files.
