Apartment Maintenance Tech and Painter positions available, experience and transportation required. Performs routine maintenance in individual apartments, common areas and amenity spaces. Prepares vacant units for new move-ins. Performs routine preventive maintenance. Assists in various cleaning functions, and assists in monitoring the grounds. Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds Examples include: plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, painting, cleaning.
