The Facilities Services Coordinator provides direct support to University Housing Facilities Managers by providing information, training, and direction of work efforts to trades maintenance and custodial staff. This position coordinates and oversees manual, unskilled, semiskilled, and custodial workers in the maintenance, repair, cleaning, conference and catering room-setups for University Housing residence halls, family housing, dining facilities, and grounds. This is a full-time, 12-month position and the work schedule is Friday – Tuesday as follows: Friday, Saturday, Sunday = Day shift 7:00am – 3:45pm. Monday, Tuesday = Swing Shift, 3:00pm – 11:45pm.
