Infant In-Home Nanny Needed - July-September

My family has twins (boy and girl) being born in later June and will need a stay at home nanny/babysitter starting sometime in July needed through most of September. The times needed would be during the week (Monday-Friday), 6:15am-5:15pm. I would need most weeks covered during the July-September timeframe, though will take paternity leave and offset some weeks during the summer. I am only interested in someone who has experience working with infants, has references that can speak on character/past work with infants, and is willing to come to our home for this position. This person needs to be compassionate, reliable, patient, trustworthy and loving.
