Looking for animator for children’s videos

Do you know of an animator who is also an artist who could make videos from children’s songs I have written? Some songs are about people and some are about animals. Some of the characters would dance to the music. Target audience is kids 4-8. I prefer someone who is good with colors, movement, facial expressions and who has a sense of humor. I don’t need fancy 3D, or stop action. Plain old 2D with motion is fine. Each song is about three minutes long. I am willing to pay for each video.
