Goat Cheese and Rosé: Springtime Classics!

This virtual tasting will highlight some of our favorite fresh and aged goat cheeses, perfectly paired with a diverse selection of rosé! If spring had a flavor, we think it would taste like a creamy goat cheese with a sip of refreshing rosé! From the herbal flavors of Provence, to crisp and mineral Loire, to light and lively bubbles of Basque country, we will tour the flavors of the world of rosé alongside some of the fresh chèvres and aged goat cheeses that we love to pair with them. Join us as we taste through some of our warm weather favorites! We are raising funds for Common Good Co-op to support their work creating environments of health for lower-resourced women of color in the working-class families of New England. Kafi Dixon, the co-op's founder, was recently featured in the new documentary film A Reckoning In Boston . This class will take place virtually at 7 pm on Friday, May 14th. To fully participate in the class you MUST: 1. Reserve your ticket, cheese, and wine through Eventbrite! The flat rate of $15 guarantees that you will receive a Zoom link within 24 hours of the class. Choose either a Small (fit for two people) or Large (fit for four people) Cheese bundle, which will include four cheeses, two accompaniments, and crackers. The Wine Pairing will include three rosés from diverse regions to pair perfectly with the cheeses. Finally, we are offering a Make Life Sweeter! Bundle, which includes some of our favorite jam, chocolate, and cookies! 2. Pick up your bundles the day of the class! Bundles can be picked up at our Huron Avenue location anytime after 12 noon on the day of the class (5/14). IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not local and need your bundles shipped, you will need to email us at [email protected] no later than Tuesday 5/11 to have this arranged. Shipping is charged separately and we will reach out to you by phone for credit card information. Please note that in accordance with state law we are unable to ship alcohol outside of MA.
