We have lots of great clients and an amazing team to support our designs and installs. All persons must be authorized to work in the US for any employer and have a valid Arizona Driver's License. This position's duties include, but not limited to, driving company truck and possibly a trailer to work sites. Making irrigation repairs, landscape lighting repairs, plant/tree replacements, paver & travertine repairs. Communicating those repairs to homeowners & to the office (through a smart phone & smart tablet). Pay, to start, depends on experience, ranging from $18.50 - $20 per hour plus overtime as needed. -Landscape maintenance and/or Landscape Repair, with 2 years+ experience -Good communicator -Excellent working experience in irrigation repair, low voltage lighting repairs & installation, plant & tree replacement/installation, paver/travertine installation/repair -Drive truck with possibly a trailer in tow -Clean Arizona driver’s license -Can use smart phone & smart tablet -Ensure safety policies are being followed -Communicate repairs to homeowners and the office -Experience running front loaders and skid steers (is a plus, but not required) -Great planner who is proactive during the week -Detail orientated, has an eye for small details -Has no physical limitations to complete repairs -Self-starter and takes ownership of repairs and their performance -Works well with team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour Experience: Landscape Maintenance and/or Landscape Repair: 2 years (Required) Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred) Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: -Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous -People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects -Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction -Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture -Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail -Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction -High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment Schedule: Monday to Friday Please email resume for consideration.
