Warehouse Shipping Supervisor with great leadership and communication skills - Must be experienced in production/manufacturing and have a great work ethic!! II.) Material Handlers - Must be experienced in production/manufacturing and have a great work ethic!! ** ALL POSITIONS ** • Must be able to stand for long periods of time 8-10 hours. • Must be able to pass a background. • High school graduate or equivalent. Various Shifts: 1st shift – 6am to 2:30pm - flex to work OT (start at 5am) 8am to 4:30pm - flex to work OT 2nd shift – 2:30pm to 11pm - flex to work OT (work till 12am) Pay rate: $16-32+/hr. DOE and position I.) SHIPPING SUPERVISOR ($28-32+/hr. - DOE) 1st shift Looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to handle the daily operations of the warehouse, including freight and shipping and receiving. The successful candidate will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations and will lead and develop the warehouse team. RESPONSIBILITIES • Control and manage inventory. • Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations • Prepare and deliver performance reviews • Provide coaching, feedback, and career growth guidance • Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job • Manage waste stream with 3rd party • Perform various routine physical tasks involved in one or more of the following: receiving, storing, packaging, shipping, or distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and/or equipment • Prepare and maintain prescribed records, reports, and documentation accurately and neatly • Perform all material stocking, assembly, customer service, data entry and clerical functions as needed • Adhere to prescribed safety and quality standards and all written procedures and work instructions • Support Company goals and metrics • Maintain a neat and orderly work area • Additional duties assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role • Experience with SOX, GDP, and GMP regulations • Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures • Excellent problem-solving skills • Experience in Warehouse, receiving and shipping along with some experience in manufacturing • International shipping experience is a plus • Demonstrated computer proficiency using an ERP system, spreadsheet, and word processing software • Effective interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Must be detail oriented • Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English • Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates II.) MATERIAL HANDLERS - ($15-17/hr.) or ($17+ w/5+ yrs. Experience in ERP) M-F (flex to work OT maybe some Saturdays) Shifts: 1st shift– 8am to 4:30pm - flex to work OT 2nd shift- 2:30pm to 11:00pm – flex to work OT POSITION SUMMARY: • Perform various routine physical tasks involved in one or more of the following: receiving, storing, packaging, shipping, or distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and/or equipment. • Set up racking nomenclature. • Kit manufacturing production runs. • Prepare and maintain prescribed records, reports, and documentation accurately and neatly. • Perform all material stocking, assembly, customer service, data entry, and clerical functions as needed. • Adhere to prescribed safety and quality standards and all written procedures and work instructions. • Maintain a neat and orderly work area. REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE: • Experience in Warehouse, receiving, and shipping along with some experience in manufacturing. • International shipping experience is a plus. • Demonstrated computer proficiency using an ERP system, spreadsheet, and word processing software. • Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision. • Effective interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Must be detail-oriented. • Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English. • Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates.
