need training urgently

i need a trainer for my 3 year old pitbull. i am at my wits end with her. she needs socialization training so i can walk her more easily. she tries to go after every dog she sees. if i cant get her a trainer im gonna have to rehome her. i love her to death but i cant handle her on walks. she does great until she sees another dog. i have tried training her myself but she doesnt listen to me. i can pay about $100 a month.
