AC unit install needed

I have two rentals that I'd like to install ac units. The homes are built in 2020. The main heating unit is in the attic so the line run will be 30 feet or so. I will provide electrical work. I'll be providing a goodman 2.5 ton Gsx160301 model. You need to have all to the tools, gauges, pumps to do the install.
