ABOUT THE TEAM
The Installation group works diligently to ensure that lifesaving equipment is installed in our members’ homes timely. They work closely with other departments at Best Buy Health (Logistics, Care, Tech Support, Recovery) in addition to working with outside vendors in a collaborative effort to keep our members safe. Their main responsibilities include the remote support of scheduling and performing installations.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Installation Coordinator works closely with our members to get nationwide installations of medical equipment scheduled. The Installation Coordinator is assigned a region and works closely with supply chain and Geek Squad within their region to ensure that work orders are being completed in a timely manner. This role works closely with other teams internally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Route all orders off the Default report timely
Communicate with Case Managers and members
Communicate with Geek Squad installers via HCRM
Ensure that all work orders are completed timely, adhering to payor SLA’s
Handle escalated installation/service concerns timely
Document and resolve the Geek Squad updates daily
Complete all assigned scheduling calls daily
Manage assigned region using the installation metrics
Cover inbound phone calls for the team
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
Experience in a technical or product focused position preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Personal Attributes:
Strong sense of urgency
Flexibility in work duties and work schedules
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high level of organization
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
Strong work ethic with proven dependability
