New Look Skin Center, a well-known and long-established medical spa, is looking for a reliable janitor to perform cleaning/janitorial services for our clinic. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Maintain a clean office space by following CDC and COVID guidelines. Clean and mop all the office floors. Make sure the entrance area is always clean. Clean, and disinfect counters, doorknobs, and any surfaces that the patients/employees touch, in a neat manner with cleaning and disinfecting solutions. Clean, scrub, and disinfect windows, walls, floors, and furnishings. Make sure the lobby/waiting area is always clean and organized. Clean the treatment rooms as needed and during shift change and empty trashcans and replace trash bag as needed. Restock supplies such as toilet paper and seat cover, and fill soap dispenser. Clean and maintain custodial equipment to ensure proper operation, in a safe and sanitary condition. Inspect the building grounds, and common areas (e.g. pick up trash, clean up spills). Clean restrooms and sinks thoroughly. Make sure the location is always clean. Report any defects. Work in a safe manner following all safety guidelines. Qualifications: Available to work 8-hour shifts during weekdays and some weekends. Minimum of 1-year experience in a janitorial or housekeeping role. High attention to detail. Able to lift up to 20 lbs., use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, bend, twist, reach, stand, climb ladders/stairs if needed. Follow oral and written simple English instructions.
