Local to the Sacramento, CA region, our client is looking for hard-working individuals with a background in concrete or construction labor. Responsibilities Demonstrates willingness to take direction and follows instructions. Adheres to schedule and maintains regular attendance at work-site. Works overtime as assigned. Maintains a safe and clean work environment, returns all tools after use to proper storage location, and performs routine housekeeping (i.e.: cleaning, organizing). Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Identifies unsafe working conditions and notifies supervisor. Advises supervisor of any issues after daily inspections of the forms and equipment are completed. Performs a variety of production duties including but not limited to: operating a crane to maneuver product, materials, and forms from vibrator table to pallets; cleaning hoppers and belts and oiling forms; operating a vibrator table to produce drycast products. Reads production drawings and recognizes whether the product is set up properly; sets up the form as indicated in the production drawing with correct bill of materials; makes indicated modifications to the set-up as necessary. Fills hopper to required level; pours concrete into a form Qualifications Preferred Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Preferred Experience: 6 months Ability to read and understand English Proficient in utilizing tape measures and basic hand tools including, but not limited to trowels, hammers, wrenches, chisels, power tools, etc
