Large Multifamily Property Management company looking for a maintenance worker with an minimum of 10 years’ experience as a painter, flooring, landscaping. Some electrical, plumbing and framing experience is a plus. This is individual must be a “self-starter”, “hands on” and organized individual, great opportunity pays $23 to $25 per hour depending on experience. -Year-end bonus of up to 5% of annual income based on performance. -Valid Driver’s License. -Must have own vehicle and tools. Please note that that this job requires employee to work at our Reno location.
